II.A.3. The Physical Campus
The College owns and occupies one hundred ninety-two acres, situated adjacent to the College
Hills, the Bush Hills, and the Graymont neighborhoods of western Birmingham, Alabama. The
occupied portion of this property is divided into three distinct College areas: the Owen
instructional quadrangle, the recreational facilities, and the residential area. The residential area
includes Greensboro Road, on which faculty and staff members are eligible to purchase housing.
II.A.4. Nondiscrimination Policy
